About Triton

Triton

The triton D&D race has many underwater adaptations. With a humanoid constitution and a theocratic belief, the triton has a natural affinity towards magic. Created by their patron god Persana, the race dwelled in the far depths of the ocean for centuries, fighting numerous elemental evils. They are considered the emissaries of the sea and the guardians of the depths

The triton D&D character was built to be a formidable Paladin. Unlike other races, it does not get +2 in one main stat and a +1 in a secondary stat. A triton gets +1 Strength, +1 Constitution and +1 Charisma. They also make great fighters and good Charisma-based casters. Due to their racial stats, the triton is a weak druid and cleric but they can be great sorcerers.

Found in the depths of the oceans, the triton race developed a formidable ability to survive in cold environments. Leaving the elemental plane of water to live in the human world, the triton developed a militaristic society. They managed to force the mighty beasts of the sea to flee. The triton made the oceans their home and continue to guard the depths against attacks from Krakens, Leviathans, and Behemoths.

The triton D&D race has a humanoid constitution. Known to be around five feet tall, tritons are often compared to dwarfs. Their skin is usually deep blue but it is also described as pearl or light green. Being an amphibious race, their hands and feet are webbed. Fins can be observed on their back and ankles. The triton D&D character can have dark blue or dark green hair. Female tritons keep their hair long flowing in manes while men cut it shorter, reaching their shoulders. Due to their constitution and anatomy, the triton rage makes excellent swimmers and can breathe in water and on land.

The character that each player chooses, forms the essence of the game for them. Considering this, a player should choose themselves a race, for example, a dwarf or a gnome, which is followed by a class, like a fighter or a barbarian. Each race has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as racial traits.

Every player has the chance to demonstrate their imagination by choosing the name for their character.
